Here are the locations of each of the APS offices and the phone numbers to reach them. The statewide number takes you to the Anchorage office. If you do not reach someone at the number leave a message. If it is an emergency, call 911. Keep in mind that APS is not a 24-hour emergency response service.
APS is the centralized intake for all reports of harm. If you need to file a report of harm regarding allegations that have occurred in a skilled nursing facility you may go through APS and they will route the report to Certification and Licensing.
