• As a mandatory reporter you are required to submit a Report of Harm if you believe abuse has occurred or that a vulnerable adult is in imminent risk for harm
• Contact APS or the Long Term Care Ombudsmen
• If you have firsthand information, you are the person obligated to make the call
• Always call 911 or local law enforcement if it is an emergency; then call APS
• Beliefs and values affect our ethical conduct
