Activity What Was Discovered

This woman had been a fisherwoman for many years and was very independent. The care coordinator had tried numerous options to meet her needs over two to three years.

After the neuropsychological testing confirmed that she had some cognitive limitations, but that she could still make her own decisions, the care coordinator wanted her client to have the best quality of life possible.

The client stated after her second heart attack that she knew she did not have much time left and that it was important to live on her own again.
