You may notice that this list has some of the same risks we have already seen for the caregiver and client. An example of different outcome measures is the following: a client’s best outcome could be to have a bath that takes 30 minutes, while the caregiver is required to provide 15 minute baths and the agency wants the services to be delivered in the most cost effective manner. These different outcomes can be in conflict with each other and can create risks for everyone.
